Elisa Lavazza is an Italian artist and illustrator based in Milan. From a young age, she demonstrated a passion for drawing and painting, which she transformed into a successful career. Over the years, she has collaborated with prominent publishing houses such as Feltrinelli, Quadratum, Fabbri, Condé Nast, Mondadori, and Rizzoli, contributing illustrations to magazines, newspapers, and books.

In the advertising sector, Elisa has worked with leading agencies including J.W. Thompson, McCann, Grey, Publicis, Lowe Pirella, Lintas, Armando Testa, Ogilvy & Mather, Leo Burnett, and Bcube. She has created numerous storyboards for advertising films commissioned by top brands like Barilla, Ferrero, Mulino Bianco, Bauli, and San Pellegrino.

In 2013, the Province of Milan promoted her solo exhibition at Spazio Oberdan, where she showcased the creative process that moves her from text to advertising storyboard and more to art creations.

In 2010, Elisa presented her first artworks titled "Take Bite Enjoy," which were collages of her illustrations for advertising. Starting in 2020, she embarked on a new series called "Landscape," a visual and aesthetic art that observes the changing forms of our planet, gliding over deserts, glaciers, lakes, as well as pipelines and oil pumps, gracefully investigating the mutation of this fragile balance. These abstract works were born during the pandemic period, reflecting on how nature reclaimed its spaces while humans remained confined indoors.

Elisa's recent works, including the "Optical" series (starting 2024), focus on light and shapes, aiming to create captivating shades that engage the observer. She has worked extensively with resin, a medium that fascinates her for its ability to create three-dimensional effects and emit light, resulting in harmonious and beautiful compositions.

Throughout her career, Elisa Lavazza has participated in various exhibitions, both solo and collective, showcasing her evolving artistic journey and continuous exploration of new creative frontiers.
